"This was the perfect location for our family. The teens could come & go as they please since we were just one house off the boardwalk. House was fantastic too. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. "Really nice place on Mission Bay. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. Lots of water activity (sailboats, kayaks, paddle boarders) throughout the day. Close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, the beach. The townhouse is nicely appointed and well stocked. Two parking spots were key. Never needed to move the car, everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!"

"This property was a gem. We loved every minute of staying here. It was perfect for my wife, mom, our 1.5 year old, and me. The owner had great communication and check in/check out was a breeze. The listing explains that the garage is very small. We rented a Nissan Rogue and it fit in the garage but it was a very tight squeeze. That’s about the maximum size car that would fit in there for anyone looking to park there. Thank you so much Erin for making our vacation perfect!"
