Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by the complete lack of hot water in my shower. As I am checking out today, I am not writing to request maintenance, but to address the fact that I paid for a service that was not provided. A functioning shower with hot water is a basic expectation in any hotel, and its absence rendered my stay uncomfortable and subpar. Given this, I believe it is fair to request a partial refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I value my time as a guest and expected a standard of comfort that was not met during my stay.

Had a great stay! Hotel is beautiful and clean. Pretty views of the city. The parking garage is limiting on height but we were able to park on the street overnight.

"When we arrived none of the 3 phones worked asked for them to be fixed all they did was switch the 2 in the room the one in the bathroom (handicapped room) didnt work, a glass cup was filled with sugar and empty sugar packet, air conditioner leaked couldn't put anything on the ground within 2 ft ..."
