The location was accurate and very convenient but the place was quite run down. Holes in the walls loose plumbing for the shower head, pool and sauna were not included and no toaster. Both were listed as included amenities.

Much broken, nothing fixed
On arrival, we discovered multiple issues with the condo and reported them to Vacasa right away. During our nearly weeklong stay, no one came to fix anything. Among the problems: Broken handrails leading down the stairs to the condo; 2 broken chairs; a hole in the wall above the couch; broken dresser in the "master" bedroom; fridge leaked water all over our food until we finally figured out where to place bowls inside the fridge to catch the leaking water; mattress in "master" bedroom was super saggy because the bed's central support was broken; the tub drained really slowly, so every time someone took a shower, the water would collect around their ankles; the secure wifi in the unit did not connect to the internet and the "open" wifi was not always accessible; there was a cabinet in the kitchen that wouldn't close. But the gas fireplace was nice, and the washer, dryer and dishwasher all worked well.

Please know that this is not the typical standard our guests can expect, and when issues occur, we make every effort to resolve them quickly and efficiently. We made our local team aware of all your concerns, and we will follow up with our Home Owner Association, which manages the facility, to ensure that all this information has been addressed. Our team states that the internet was a resort-wide issue with the snow that weekend. All the other issues have been noted and are on their list to be updated, and they will fix the issues. We will continue to work with both our local staff and the homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you will give us a second chance to impress you.

Location is Key
Park your car and never need it. Just about a ski/ski out…Wi-Fi doesn’t work really, they are relying on the Jay Guest signal that’s not strong at the slopes. Tub doesn’t drain all that well. Needs updating, like all the slopesides ones do. Overall though it’s a clean, decent size space that’s gets you to the powder! Would rent again…but it’s already $450 more next year for the same dates ☹️🤷🏻‍♂️

No check in or check out detail.
Everything was great. Traveling 12 hrs and arrived late at night in the cold. I requested details for check in days earlier with no response. I did not know if I was going to the property, office or who knows where. Stopped at the rental and everything worked out. Check out was the same, time was provided and no detail instructions. Where do I put the key; do I take the trash out? Detail and clarification go a long way..
