Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road. "Lots of space, don’t often get in ski apartments! Good size beds with decent mattresses. Plenty of seating, though none on balcony, nice fire & 3 bathrooms (only 2 wc!) with unlimited hot water at good pressure. Lots of storage, 2 useful clothes horse dryers. Kitchen is small and tired but has dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, coffee machine. 3 flights of stairs to ground level, 5 to ski locker. Short walk to piste. Helpful staff responded to issues v quickly."

"Lovely place, handy location, all the facilities you need for a small group. Would just say the sofabed in the downstairs bedroom could do with an upgrade!"

"La maison était parfaite pour organiser un séjour familial, les instructions d'arrivées étaient claires en revanche pas d'état des lieux ni à l'arrivée ni au départ (nous avons attendu le jour du départ pour voir si quelqu'un viendrait mais non, et ce malgré une demande de la conciergerie de partir à 10h). La maison est propre mais abîmée par endroits d'où l'étonnement de non état des lieux entre locataires. Enfin nous avons regretté que la cuisine ne soit pas plus fonctionnelle pour une famille...

"We had a very enjoyable holiday here. House very well equipped, everywhere very clean. Good outside table for eating our breakfast and also for BBQ’s in the garden. We hired bikes for the week, so excellent location for this as house is minutes from bike path and then a lovely 10-15-minute cycle alongside the lake into Annecy also of course plenty of space in garden to keep the bikes. It was helpful to receive prior to our holiday from Tatiana information about the area. Excellent boulangerie 5...

"L'accès au chalet est difficile l'hiver avec une pente sans rambarde. Le parking est à 140 mètres en bas d'une montée. Pour les personnes marchant difficilement à éviter. L'intérieur est minimaliste, meuble cassé, nappe brûlée, propreté moyenne."
