"I have never really written reviews for properties on Expedia previously. This is the first one. I stayed in this place in Aug 2022 while on TMB. I could not find a refuge on the trail and decided to try this venue. I will absolutely do it all over again. To begin with, the owner, Alfred, was very responsive before the trip. "We stayed here for 3 nights for my mums birthday and everything was just perfect. Olade was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. She really ensured we had a fabulous stay! The area is quiet and there are nice walks and places to hike nearby. As we went out of season, all the local dining places and bars were closed but we had a car so we were able to drive into Annecy and eat and drink their. As there are not that many rooms, the spa was always quiet which was nice. Breathtaking...

"This property is pretty much perfect as a solo traveller, it is definitely on the lower cost of properties in the town but this does not mean it is unwelcoming, uncomfortable or cold. The room very much reminded me of my university days, small but functional. Breakfast was just right to start the day, with a typical continental fare and dont miss out on a hard boiled egg. Coffee is available all day long and the honesty bar for beer, wine and soft drinks is a life saver. I wouldn't hesitate...
