The hotel is not clean and very small. People at the front desk are not nice at all. This hotel is not cheap. They need to upgrade I will not stay here again or recommend this place to anybody. Very small and dirty

It was great, cold water in the fridge is always appreciated. The elevator had some problems but were able to fix them promptly

The water pressure was a little low in our shower. But, it may be on purpose to conserve water. I noticed you have water conservation efforts so it may have been on purpose.

The first room was filthy so so dirty and smelled disgusting. Next morning I asked for another room I got one it was a little better but the ac unit kept turning off and there was no water pressure. The beds were old so were the sheets they were see thru. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff called me to confirm what time I was checking in I told him I would be there around three. I said they would only be able to ration till six showed up at one. Then they said I had to come back at three. I came back at 3 pm, my room still wasnt ready, but they were ready to charge me for the room. Got to the room, couldn't turn tv on. Had to downstairs and ask for one. No wash clothes. Won't be coming back.

Mold, non-working wifi, unfriendly staff.
Mold found in the ceiling. Requested room change, staff said they were fully booked. Carpet dirty, furniture worn down. Breakfast consisted of stale crackers and bread. Wifi not working.
