Convenient to Dulles, good shuttle service, and a nice pub for supper, but the breakfast buffet is grossly overpriced for substandard fare. I will stay there again, but probably skip breakfast.

Pictures online don’t match, looks brand new, can tell it’s old and dated. Room had some bugs, although thankfully NOT bed bugs. Don’t use on-site laundry as your clothes will never dry, too humid for that.

I was disappointed that the pool schedule was very limited. I was looking forward to a hot tub before bed, yet the pool and hot tub have a very limited time that they are open

There is not a lot to do in this immediate area, but within a 20 minute drive you can get to some other great locations. Overall, the hotel was clean and a safe place to stay.

I travel a lot and was very pleasantly surprised by this Holiday Inn location. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the cost was reasonable. It’s in an office park near Dulles near numerous other airport hotels, so it’s not a place to stay for excitement and nightlife. But for a comfortable place near the airport, it can’t be beat.
