Staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful! Carpeting was quite stained throughout the room. Breakfast was good! Light came through the blinds, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

The property is very dated. Nothing like the photos that were presented on the site. Our first room offered was a handicap room, when we entered the room the shower curtain was hanging crooked and the room smelt bad. Lora at the front desk offered us an upgrade to a suite.. lol. When we opened the door to room 224, the window was open with no screen. We encountered a couple of flys in the room. The suite was very dated with an old sofa, no pictures on the wall, the curtains on the french door were very wrinkled and barely hanging over the glass. The floor had several different floor coverings. The drains in the sink and the tub did not drain well. When we asked at the front desk about the breakfast in the morning, we received the response... Its a work in progress. Obviously we didn't stop for breakfast. FYI I'm a travel agency owner and was disappointed your pictures of your hotel did not match up with our accommodations. Oh, by the way, as we were opening the door to our "suite" the only other couple who checked in at the same time were coming out of their room, stating the ceiling is falling in and they were not staying in that room!! It seems this hotel has a lot of work to be done to bring it up to a current accommodations.
