Not the hotels fault but stayed in a room by the lake which was incredibly noisy in the morning with Geese etc. no real restaurant and had to sit in lobby to eat. It was convenient for National Cross Country at Walloton Park

We stayed here while my granddaughter was in hospital and the hotel was lovely and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Thankyou for making a hard time just that little bit easier

I’ve here a number of times when visiting my son at university. It’s quiet and convenient and close to the campus and Wollaton Park. I got a twin room this time. The mattresses were rather soft for my liking. I’d not noticed in the double bedrooms. The shower didn’t work properly in that you could not make the temperature higher. I notified the receptionist. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would be nice to have proper tea, not hot water from a flask and a tea bag. Overall satisfactory. Thank you
