"This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed...

"For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. The room was clean and a good size. The room is handicap accessible, but my 6'3" husband didn't have a problem with the shorter items in the room. We loved having the continental breakfast and access...
