Rooms are loud and outdated and very over priced

I would never stay here again....this hotel is very over priced, loud and basically a glorified Motel 6

Wedding Night

The front counter associate upgraded our room to water view after I asked about champagne glasses for after wedding celebration-- this was completely unexpected and very special. And if that wasn't enough, when my bride and I returned to our room after the wedding we had a bucket of champagne, two glasses and a very sweet card from the Hotel Staff! What an amazing customer experience- we will definitely be visiting WaterFront Hotel Jack Londor Squire next year for our anniversary. Thank you sincerely.

Nice hotel close to the water.

The staff was 5 star! They thought of everything. The food was also amazing! Soft bed, nice amenities for the cost.

Nice view!

We had a balcony room with a view of the marina....nice! The Mgr gave us an excellent bottle of wine since the pool was unavailable on Sat due to a wedding...we watched from our room...nice:-)

Failed my expectations

I had high hopes since this stay was for my anniversary. I booked the king suite with the city view. When we got to the room the bed was full of flies. I went back to the front desk and was told it's the heat and someone could go in and kill the flies. I requested another room, but comparable. After telling us the note was completely booked they somehow found another room but it was half the size and no patio. I felt let down since the hote looked great in the pics. Wouldn't stay here not worth the price. Could've chose a chain hotel and got 10x better experience..

Last Minute Stay

Pros: Great location, Comfortable room.
Cons: New chef for Lungamare!
Great location at Jack London Square. Rooms were spacious, and remodeled. Our bed needed the mattress changed as it had outlived it's life span (too, too soft). Would not eat at Lungamare! We went for breakfast and only about 3 tables occupied. Waited over 30 minutes for food to come out and then the poached eggs were cold! The amount of lox served (lox & bagel) was a joke. It barely covered 1/2 of a bagel slice. They offered a side of lox for $4.00. In the end they discounted our bill.

Loved strolling around the marina looking at all the beautiful sailboats. Location is great for sailing lovers like us.

beach hotel

Cons: ac in hallways, bigger pools, cheaper overnight parking
For a hotel that charges that much just to be right next to the water. The hotel should be more nicely renovated. NO ac's in the hallway, that pretty cheap of you guys. It almost feels like I was in Asia.
