"It is a hostel not a hotel. We were told that if we pay additional fee to buy additional bed and can get a private room for the family. But when we check in, someone else has already stayed in the room. We had to leave at 9 pm to find somewhere else for the night. Room is not clean though. Not worth the price at all. "

Room was basic but sound, shared toilet annoying but not the end of the world, private shower did the job. Access to property automated and worked very simply if following instructions on how to use it. The breakfast was excellent and as Spartan or plentiful as you chose to make it. Wolfenschiesse is not Englberg, but has everything you need in close proximity "

"Front desk is very friendly. walking distance to train station, restaurants and super market. Common eating area open during the day to have your own lunch or dinner. We really enjoyed the free coffee after a long day. Tasty breakfast with lot of options for everyone. Serving staff is very helpful. The hotel also held our bags free of charge after we checked out so that we can explore the city before leaving. Will definitely stay again."
