I cannot mention enough wonderful things about this place. The staff is so warm and welcoming, makes you feel at home. They have a restaurant and use fresh ingredients from their farm and nearby. Huge shoutout to Marc (staff) who always went above and beyond so that our stay would be memorable. He was also fluent in Spanish, which helped us a lot! We had an early checkout the morning we were traveling and Marc made sure we had sandwiches to take on the long journey back to the airport. The landscapes are amazing, very short walk to and from the bus station. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

We spent one week here in July 2023 and could not have been more pleased. The hotel is as beautiful and charming on the outside as it is on the inside. It is family owned and run and the service you receive is like none other. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped inside. We were provided suggestions and recommendations of places to see and hiking trails to check out from Marc. A daughter even told us where we could find an authentic cowbell to take home as a souvenir…and called the shop to make sure some were available! Daily breakfast was traditional Swiss with breads, cheeses, meats, and eggs. Dinner was a fine dining experience. The location is central to all the tourist cities like Lucerne, Zurich, Interlaken, etc. From the hotel it’s a quick 2 minute walk to the local bus station. We truly enjoyed our time here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s a hidden gem and you will not be disappointed!!

I absolutely can not say enough good things about this establishment. They are so loving and personal and patient. I swear they all speak six languages. The beds are so comfortable, the showers have excellent water pressure and the rooms are very modern within a working farm. Upon arrival we were given a syrup mixed with sparking water drink they were making from scratch in the kitchen. They were willing to make any accommodations we needed but we opted for their dinner and it was a four course dream with the best wine we ended up having during our ten day trip. Their attention to detail is magnificent. They have a lot of homemade gifts for sale which we loved for family back home. The breakfast was huge and included in the room rate. They made us fried eggs on top of the meat, cheese, fresh bread and fresh juice spread. They also had fruit and yogurt with toppings. Many of the ingredients are from their farm. I really can’t believe the price for what you get. It was about 45 min from Zurich by train and bus. A car probably could have made it in 20 min. Do not pass this place up!

Fantastisk sted og så flot restaureret. Dejligt stort værelse. Værten var utrolig hjælpsom og imødekommende. Skøn morgenmad med dejlige råvarer fra egen gård. Eneste minus var at restauranten var ferielukket.

Volle Empfehlung!
Ich kann nur schwärmen! Das Hotel ist rundum sehr schön, die Zimmer sind groß und ganz neu. Die Familie ist super nett und hat abends auf uns gewartet (wir haben uns ziemlich verspätet) und uns dann noch ein leckeres Essen gezaubert. Toller Service! Auch das Frühstück war sehr fein und der Hofladen nebenan ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

... trotz Corona (das Haus hatte an alles gedacht) war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt, alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer, Ausstattung und Bad/WC sind top und das Frühstück, überwiegend aus der eigenen Hofhaltung, ist köstlich gewesen. Habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Komme ganz sicher wieder.
