Tranquil and modern detached holiday home in an open location. It is located in the Oberallgäu region and boasts a slopeside location, a floor area of 110 m2, and 3 bedrooms. The holiday home is located at an altitude of 920 metres above sea level on a small plateau overlooking Steibis and Oberstaufen on one side and Imberg on the other. Put your skis on at your doorstep and head to the chair lift that will take you to the Steibis ski resort. You can come back home via the 1b exit. The holiday house has been newly renovated and is furnished so as to be ideal for 2 families or small groups. Get comfortable by the crackling fireplace after a long day hiking or skiing. The spacious kitchen is ideal for group cooking. Special attractions: panoramic view of Steibis and Oberstaufen, slopeside location next to the ski lift, and the Oberstaufen Plus guest pass included in the price: free ski pass, free mountain trips, free visits to the pool/sauna for all overnight guests. There is also a lovely fireplace.

We loved our stay in Steibis. The location of the house was excellent and the house was very clean. It was a very short walk into town where we could eat and do our grocery shopping. We loved the whole area. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Ankunft mit Hindernissen
Das Haus war für unsere Zwecke der Familienzusammenkunft (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) gut geeignet , groß genug und gemütlich. Leider war die Verwalterin im Umzugsstress und kam 1 Stunde später als vereinbart, was mit so kleinen Kindern(3Jahre und 4 Monate) schwierig ist nach einer 41/2 stündigen Anfahrt. Die Bäder waren noch nicht gemacht. Die Geschirrspülmaschine noch voll. Das Wäschepaket war nicht vollständig und die Gästekarten waren nicht da. Am vorletzten Tag hatten wir bis auf eine, noch fehlende Gästekarte, die Karten erhalten. Wir hatten Verständnis für die Situation der Verwalterin, die ansonsten sehr nett war. Eine Ankunft zur vereinbarten Zeit und eine bereits gereinigte Wohnung nebst den Gästekarten, hätten wir allerdings zu Beginn unseres nur 4 Tage langen Urlaubs schon erwartet. Die im Inserat genannte Waschmaschine mit Trockner war nicht auffindbar. Allerdings passte kein Schlüssel zu einer Tür, vielleicht war sie darin. Die Verwalterin wusste nichts davon. Dafür gab es eine Tischtennisplatte, die wir gerne bespielt haben. An Zusatzkosten vor Ort war Kutaxe zu zahlen, das Wäschepaket 120€ - hier haben wir für fehlende Handtücher 20 € Nachlass erhalten- und 120€ Endreinigung. Leider hatten wir schlechtes Wetter, aber das war eben Pech. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aber schön, hoch oben, nahe der Gondel gelegen.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub was das Ferienhaus optimal und die Lage ist perfekt. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer schnell und unkompliziert. Gerne werden wir das Haus weiter empfehlen!

Fast alles super.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Allgäu. Das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung waren perfekt, insbesondere die Oberstaufen plus Karte hat uns kostenfreien Genuss beschert. Kleine Ausnahme: Die Dusche sollte unbedingt gründlich gereinigt oder erneuert werden.

Würden wir wieder mieten
Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden. Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Skigebiet beinahe vor der Haustür. Kontakt mit Anbieter war gut, mit Verwalterin vor Ort harzig. War telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Auf Whatsapp Antworten erst mit Verzögerung von bis zu 2 Tagen.

Top Lage
Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber und Ordentlich vorgefunden, es ist alles vorhanden und die Lage ist Top das Dorf ist nicht weit weg mit Einkaufsladen und Gastwirtschaften, was in der Hausbeschreibung fehlte, das ein Kinder-Reisebett und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden sind das wäre gut gewesen ebi einem vollgepackten Auto hätten wir das zuhause lassen können, der Check-Out um 10 Uhr war für uns etwas zu Früh da man das Haus ja auch sauber verlassen muss und mit Frühstücken, Packen, Kleinkinder, Haus Putzen viel los ist da würde 11 auch reichen aber rund um, wir werden es wieder Buchen!
