The apartment is located in the Tiefenbach district of Oberstdorf. Together with the neighboring Kleinwalsertal, Oberstdorf is the largest hiking, mountain and ski area on the northern edge of the Alps.
Description of the property: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a residential complex with 32 units in a northwest position. Due to the fact that there is only one other apartment on the other end of the house, it is absolutely quiet. From the large balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Tiefenbach mountains.
Equipment: The apartment has 1 combined living / bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and toilet and a small kitchen. The house has a large indoor pool and a sauna. The swimming pool is open from the first Monday after All Saints' Day until the 15th Closed December. Furthermore, a ski room and a playroom.
Location: The apartment is located in the Oberstdorf district of Tiefenbach, right in the middle of the village, in a quiet location. Small shops for daily needs such as a grocery store can be reached in just a few steps. It is only a few minutes by car to Oberstdorf. The Breitachklamm can be easily reached on foot. Excellent hiking and walking trails available from the house. Good bus connections.

Nebelhorn Trophy
Da ich nur zur Nebelhorn Trophy angereist bin und nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung war kann ich eigentlich gar nicht viel sagen. Es war sehr ruhig, für mich als Stadtmensch fast zu ruhig. Da die Veranstaltungen der Trophy meist etwas länger gingen, kam ich meist nach 22.00 Uhr zurück und war etwas irritiert, das der Fahrstuhl nach 22.00 Uhr nicht in Betrieb war (auch zwischen 12.00 und 15.00 Uhr war der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb). Für mich kein Problem aber für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen wohl nicht so prickelnd. Ansonsten war ich mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Es war alles nötige vorhanden und das Schwimmbad das absolute Highlight.

Hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top, es wurde einem sehr schnell und freundlich geholfen.

Super Aufenthalt mit Sauna :)
Tolle Wohnung mit allem, was man sich wünscht ausgestattet. Die Sauna ist übrigens in Betrieb. Sie befindet sich in einem der Kellerräume und nicht beim Schwimmbad. Nur das Schwimmbad ist geschlossen.

Sehr erholsam
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr praktisch und gemütlich ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, auch mit Informationen zur Freizeitgestaltung. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr gut. Wir konnten uns gut erholen. Es war schade, dass Schwimmbecken und Sauna wegen gestiegener Energiepreise nicht nutzbar waren. Das ist zwar sehr verständlich, eine Information auf der website darüber wäre aber gut. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
