Welcome to your dream vacation destination at 700 South The Strand in beautiful Oceanside, California! This stunning oceanfront property is located directly on the beach and offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Wake up every morning to the sound of crashing waves and enjoy your coffee on the private patio while taking in panoramic ocean views. This luxurious vacation rental is a fully furnished, 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom unit located on the ground floor for easy access. The open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen offers plenty of space for family and friends to gather together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to cook up a delicious meal, or if you prefer to dine out, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and features comfortable bedding for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the second bathroom which also includes a walk-in shower. After a day at the beach, relax and unwind in the cozy living room with a flat-screen TV or take advantage of the complimentary Wi-Fi to stay connected. Other amenities include central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and reserved parking for two cars.

THE VIEW
Sitting on the patio at "Ocean Escape," you are enveloped in a sensory symphony of coastal beauty. The rhythmic pulse of the Pacific Ocean sets the stage for a breathtaking panorama that captures the essence of coastal living. Looking to your right, the Oceanside Pier extends its weathered arms into the sea, a testament to the connection between land and ocean. Its wooden planks, peppered with visitors strolling in the salty air, form a harmonious contrast against the vastness of the water. The silhouette of surfers catching waves near the pier adds a sense of vitality to the scene, their figures blending seamlessly with the ebb and flow of the tides. The property is separated from the beach by a narrow, one-way, 10 mph lane affectionately known as “The Strand,” This is a one-way cruising lane between the home and the water. There is a steady stream of cars and passers-by in front of the patio; great for people-watching, but not private. The road is protected by a rock seawall which reveals a quaint sandy beach at low tide. At high tide, a broader sandy beach is just a short walk away. Parking is in a secure, gated underground parking lot with two reserved parking spaces.
KITCHEN AND DINING The large chef's kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The home's multiple dining areas include a dining room table for 6, barstools at the counter, and patio dining for enjoying al-fresco sunsets.
LIVING AREAS The living room flows seamlessly from the kitchen, then continues on to the patio overlooking the ocean. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large flatscreen smart t.v. after a long day at the beach. The comfortable furnishings invite you to relax, unwind, and soak up the peace and gentle whisper of crashing waves. Later in the evening, the living room couch converts into a queen bed.
SLEEPING "Ocean Escape" comfortably sleeps 6 with a variety of arrangements to fit different groups. The primary suite has a comfortable king bed with a private ocean front patio, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen bed. The third bed is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. All beds are fitted with sumptuous high-thread-count linens.
BATHROOMS The home has 2.5 bathrooms. The primary bath is en-suite and features a large walk-in shower. The second bath is en-suite with the second bedroom and features a tub/shower combo. There is a half bath for guest use as well.
EXTRAS Your home-away-from-home comes with enough off-street parking space for 2 vehicles in a gated underground parking lot. Guest Access
Property manager may meet guests upon arrival. Home is secured with electronic lock. Check in is at 4 pm; check out is 10am. Home is accessed via a one-way “boardwalk” road: Take First Street west, then turn left on South The Strand. Drive south until you reach 700 South The Strand. The two-story, sixteen-unit structure has a parking lot gate in the middle of the building. Your access code will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. There is additional street parking east of the building on South Pacific Street.
