"Sheets and bedspread had cigarette burn holes. Stains on sheets. Handicap room that had brackets sticking out on one side of bed. Room is in severe need of repairs and updates. At least one electrical outlet would not firmly hold a plug and is a fire hazard. Breakfast was really lacking compared to previous years we have been there. TV access was very poor and worse than NTSC quality. Staff did what they could and offered another room. But it was the same. We have photos but cannot get them easily on this review."

"I don't usually write reviews, but this property and host deserve one.I stayed here for work and needed a quiet place for a couple of nights. From the moment I arrived, the property felt peaceful, welcoming, and exceptionally well cared for.The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. I appreciated the small extras like K-cups, snacks, and face wipes, which made the stay even more convenient.One of my favorite parts was enjoying coffee on the porch while watching the wildlife. The beautiful gardens and landscaped grounds created a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day.What stood out most was the host's kindness and hospitality. I arrived after 10:00 PM and had a little trouble locating the gate lock box in the dark. Rather than being inconvenienced, he was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to call me, walk me through finding everything I needed, and even helped me locate light switches and get settled in for the night. That level of care and customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.Even though I booked this stay for work, I would happily return for a relaxing getaway with my husband. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place with a wonderful host, I highly recommend staying here."

"Hotel is renovating, top 3 floors are complete and nice. It would have been an excellent stay but people were VERY loud all night long out in the hallways. My son's down the hall said the same thing outside their rooms. Not hotels fault but frustrating!!"
