“⭐️ THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY ENTIRE TRAVELING LIFE! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. My experience was absolutely horrible, and the customer service at the front desk was beyond unacceptable. I was charged JMD $5,000 for “incidentals” because the hotel claimed that I had damaged a small bathroom washcloth with my makeup. They initially wanted to charge me the full JMD $1500, but I refused to accept that unreasonable charge. They eventually took JMD $5,000……

“This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios,restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers.”

“Kingsbird is an excellent place to stay. Once you get there, you are welcomed as if you were family,and treated as such throughout you stay; Natalie, KIngsley and Natalia were wonderful Hosts. They greet you with beautiful smiles every time they see you,always ensuring that you are OK and in need of nothing. They are knowledgeable locally, so anything you need done, they can "hook you up"; will stay with them next time I visit Jamaica. Thanks for the hospitality! Robert”
