"I scored 4 not 5 as when we pulled up outside the first impression looked as though it may be slightly run down. Once inside though it was all good, light and clean and had everything we needed. The outside space is lovely but could do with some maintenance and there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for us all to sit outside easily. "We really loved staying at this house. It’s in the perfect location, stepping out straight into the woods. We spotted 4 deer at sunset on one day, and came across many of the wild horses that roam around in the area. Several great walks in nearby woods too. We recommend visiting the Raptor Centre nearby too. The house was perfect for us. Everything you could need. It was clean & tidy. "This property was spotless and well equipped. It is a bit ‘off the beaten track’, but in a lovely location and within walking distance of an excellent village shop. There is another property adjoining this one. The provision of a swimming pool enhanced this property greatly. Although we only met the host, Helen, twice she was most pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend this accommodation if one is looking for peace and solitude and yet it is only about 5 miles from Romsey."
