“It was a beautiful place! The host was very nice and friendly; she came out to help us with things we could have read in the info packet she’d emailed, but she didn’t display the least bit of annoyance. Instead, she conversed with us a bit about the property. The tents are so nice and gave little touches that take it over the top: water bottles, ear plugs, eye masks, decor, space heater, lights over the entrance (didn’t keep me awake). “The hot tub was closed and cost extra. It does not look the pictures. There are too many rules/ too much clean up you have to do. However, it was close to Stone Henge. They left us nice snacks and firewood.”

“We absolutely loved our four night stay in Foxglove. We stayed in mid November with our terrier Murphy and used the hut as a base to explore Dorset. Its location made this easy to do and the accommodation itself was perfect for us. Brilliantly designed, it has all you need for a short stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower is a fabulous pressure and hot and the kitchen area, whilst compact, has everything. The electric wood burner heats the place up nicely and the hit holds the heat……

“The Stable was as expected, the pictures represent the property perfectly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and return. The Stable is on a site with quite a few other holiday lets, all qwerky and luxurious in their own right. “This was a lovely bolt hole in the country and an ideal location for visiting wonderful local landmarks. The cottage was well equipped and nicely presented with a welcoming box of biscuits on arrival. Very quiet with tranquil views. The owners were over the driveway and extremely friendly. Salisbury, Glastonbury, Sherborne and the like were within easy reach as was Poole on the coast. An ideal spot and perfect for that relaxing getaway.”
