“No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫”

“Bei der Ankunft war überhaupt keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher im Zimmer. Dann ging in runter, aber das personal im Rezeption arbeitet nur fürs Wohnheim und hat nichts mit der kurzfristigen Vermietung über Booking was zu tun. Sie haben mir aber geholfen den zuständigen Housekeeper zu erreichen, weil die Nummer von der Firma nicht abgehoben wurde. Nach einer Zeit hab ich dann ein neues Zimmer mit Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen, aber es hat dann noch Klopapier gefehlt und das Zimmer war……

“It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay.
Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”
