“On arrival first room the a/c was not working - moved to another room told the a/c would be set up before we returned from an evening out. On our return the second a/c was also not working and a fan had been set up in our room. Considering it was the hottest bank holiday ever we spent a very uncomfortable night in our room and was very relieved to leave early morning.”
