“Everything was fabulous ”

“We checked into this space ABOVE a working hair salon after hours. The "secret" room is on the very top floor up a few flights of very narrow stairs. But when you (and your luggage) get up there, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The owner has thought of all the little things you might need. The bathroom is modern, the bed extremely comfortable. Our host was very responsive, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed wandering the streets of this small town and had a lovely meal at the hotel! ……

“This is a wonderful studio apartment that is right on the bus line to Winchester and the train station in Chandler’s Ford. Bright, clean and recently renovated, it has a private entrance and is the perfect place for a visit to the area. The owner responded to all inquiries quickly, and thoughtfully provided a basket of snacks and bath essentials, as well as all the expected kitchen utensils. “Walkable for us to many attractions although it would have been nice if some tourist information was included by the host. This could be provided from the Tourist Info booths. The room was not clean enough, much room for improvement there. Broken ornaments, sticky floor, torn material and squeaky stools. Appliances not cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too heavy. Carpet in the hallways leading to the room was very dirty. The dryer was grinding like crazy……
