"My son spent the first two hours we were there weed whacking the back grassy area. No ladder to get in and out of water from dock. House itself was great and loved the quiet area it was in. Overall we had a wonderful time."

"Perfect house for a group a friends. We were not able to swim unfortunately, due to the some chemical levels is the water in our area, but other than that is was great! The fosset in the kitchen started to spray water but we contacted Tammy and she was able to get someone to come out same day"

"We arrived to find that the bedrooms/bathrooms were not as advertised. Only 1 bedroom is upstairs with the full bath. One of the “bedrooms” in the basement is not a legal bedroom, as it has no egress window and is part of the utility room, with no walls separating it, & door that doesn’t open from the outside. Part of that bedroom is unfinished and did not make our children feel safe. Other bedrooms were nice, but need light blocking curtains. Kitchen was nice, except didn’t have the Keurig...

"This is such a gem of a stay! We were beyond impressed with how awesome the hosts have everything set up! From an easy check in, incredibly clean and well kept property, to all the little touches they have throughout the home! Super comfortable and would happily stay again."

"The house was as advertised with many amenities such as a well stocked game shelf, nice array of kitchen tools, and useful items for a lake vacation such as a two seater kayak. We did find that there was no screen for the bedroom with the bunkbeds and we purchased an insert screen at Walmart which we left there. That was the only issue we had in an otherwise very good experience. We may well apply to return there."

"Loved the location which was somewhat near some shopping and the lake. It was a quiet neighborhood even though it was on a main thoroughfare. The house is decorated in a fun way and we all enjoyed that. The upstairs bedroom I stayed in (the horse room) got a little stuffy but the owner included a fan which helped a lot. Would recommend!"

"We go to Okoboji every year for our annual sister's trip. This trip was perfect, the house is so charming, and we had plently of room. We LOVED being on the lake with fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and just relaxing on the dock. We have not had that availability prior and SO enjoyed it. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels, utensils, etc. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!"

"What a great house for a family or family/friends group! Sarah and Jacob are fantastic hosts who have really put thought into little extra touches! We loved having an ice machine, Keurig, games, & even some toiletries. The deck was a great space for our group!! We had a couple of rainy days and took full advantage of having an outdoor space where we could play games and visit without getting rained on. I would book again in a heartbeat and hope to next summer!!"

"The house was fine, but the price listed per night was more than DOUBLED by fees. Literally TWICE--and then some what it said. It was with a company called EVOLVE so I'm not sure who got those fees, Evolve or VRBO but I am going to be much more skeptical when I rent a house from either."
