Just a heads up, when you check in there is a $50 deposit on top of your room fee no matter how you pay for your room. It is an older hotel but was clean. Smelled like marijuana but so has every other hotel in OkC lately. The pool was very cold. Hot tub could have used a cleaning but wasnt bad enough to not get in. Breakfast was horrible. Biscuits were frozen, eggs were cold and that was your only options besides dry cereal.

The staff are amazing people very friendly and helpful. It’s nice and quiet with a breakfast option although it sadly doesn’t offer much for breakfast the option is there. They have also been very understanding about my low functioning autistic son and have tried to make sure we aren’t bothered by anyone so he can remain calm and comfortable. Great place to stay and pretty affordable.

The Dresser in the room we had to shimmy so the doors would stay closed. Shower would not drain. Shower floor felt uneven. Floors dirty. Needs a major deep clean. Breakfast was listed as a full hot breakfast. The waffle container did not have any mixture in it to make waffles. The gravy was the only thing hot. The juice dispenser had Floaties in it. There was no coffee the hotel is in need of major upgrades and cleaning.

This is clearing a smoking hotel when it says it is not. It stinks. The staff was unhelpful and they don’t care about the customers only getting paid for your stay. Will never recommend this hotel to okc travelers.

Only thing we really found was after we checked in, the room was ready to go other than ketchup had been spewed about onto a lamp shade at the table, wall and the picture.. Notified the front desk and we stayed in the room other wise.. Wife is handicapped so a taller toilet would be nice.. The toilet sits rather low to the floor so not sure if this is an industry standard or not..

I, booked through an app., I called... no answer. I showed and to a sign " be back in 15 minutes", I asked the gentle man, about my reservation.. He, did not see one... I. left and called back , again NO ANSWER.. I , went back the next day and talked to the same same gentleman, which stated.. He, eventually, saw a reservation later after , I left... I, would never recommend, or booked thought the app., again.. as, for as the Hotel.. YOU all need to answer the phones..

Home away from home for a funeral
We picked this hotel because it was as close as possible to our father's home, as we were attending a funeral for our step-mother. I should have been alerted to the price because it was so reasonable, but thought that might be an incentive from Hotels.com. The service was excellent. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was basically clean. The hotel was looking it's age, and the facilities were not great. The hot tub jets didn't work and the water was not circulating correctly, which was gross. We opted to not use it. The vending machine was empty, which was weird. The room next to us had 48 hours of ongoing domestic arguments and we could clearly hear them all night. I didn't tell the manager because honestly, what could he do? Finally, the bed, while clean, was absolutely horrible. one third of the mattress collapsed into a slope that made sleeping difficult. We opted not to move because we weren't there much, it would be a pain, and could possibly have gotten worse in a new room. My takeaway is that you get what you pay for. Let me reiterate though, the service was very good.

For the purpose of the stay, it's location was convenient. The room was clean. I couldn't locate the remote for the TV. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The gravy for the bisquits appeared to have been in the crockpot for more than just the morning I'd seen it. The only other hot food were waffles, toast, and oatmeal. Luckily, an iHop was adjacent to the hotel.

The room did not smell good. Random hairs on comforter when we entered. Not deep cleaned well. Didn’t feel sanitary. Pool was freezing to the point we couldn’t use it. Hot tub looked like pee water. Went back upstairs to our room to find the tv didn’t work. We lost our money and didn’t stay the night.
