Robert at front went out of his way to be helpful and kind! I had accidentally booked the wrong date. He provided an 800 number to allow me to work things out. Exceptionally kind and helpful! Thank you!😊
Checking in, the gentleman attendant was unsure why we needed a king bed being 2 women. Some diversity training might be in order. We had 2 wash clothes and no other linens in our room. We were told to come down to the desk to get towels. After being out for the evening we came back to a completely soaked floor (carpeted)yuk!! on one side of the bed. We were also given a handicapped room. Shouldn’t those be reserved for people who really need them? The bathroom sliding doors were very difficult to close with 2 hands for us. Not sure how a truly handicapped individual would be able to manage. We have stayed at many Marriott properties in the past with no issues. I would not recommend this property!
Room was nice, staff was excellent! There was an odd burning smell in the lobby by the pool exit which was overwhelming. Breakfast was hot and fresh, just a bummer the waffle maker was out a few days. Nice location and easy parking.

Clerical error led to issues. Didn’t have room on night needed, and no efforts made to fix by property. Ended up staying on the right night, just not at this hotel. The La Quinta is close and far more accommodating.

Stayed there this last weekend with my wife and kids. Didn't have many issues. The couple issues we did have, the bed that my wife and I slept on was not very comfortable. The other issue that I had, was the bathroom doors that were see through. Definitely not a good thing to have when our kids were present in the room

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was hot despite adjusting the hvac unit. Housekeeping didn’t take care of our room while we were out and about. The room was nice. The frosted glass doors are aesthetic but offer limited privacy to those staying in the room. There were a lot of unattended children and teenagers using the facilities (pool, exercise room, etc.) who also roamed the halls at night.

1st floor Bad for light sleepers
Stayed on the first floor which apparently was a bad for light sleepers. The window allowed all the light from the parking lot to stream into the room all night. In addition, the window whistled with the wind the entire time we were there. The door that lead to the hall didn’t go to the ground so not only did light come from under the door, but so did the noise. The door that led outside was near our room and we could hear it slamming closed all night. Even with a rain noise machine going throughout the night, we were not able to block out the additional noises.

The room was dirty with crumbs on the bed, both restrooms were dirty, the shower was dirty, there was a sour odor in the room, and the temperature would not stay consistent. I would not stay at this hotel again. One of the lights over the bed was broken.

We had a suite w 2 queens which was very nice including a sofa lounge area. Bath and toilet were divided. Can’t comment on the breakfast yet cuz we haven’t eaten it!
The ac/heater did not work in our room. Beds were very hard. Room was dated and not cleaned properly.

Super friendly front desk staff. She even called up to our room to make sure everything was acceptable. Room was very big, 2 bathroom areas and beds were comfy. Breakfast had great variety and plenty of it. Will definitely stay there again.
The room was very nice but the toilet wouldn’t flush and the drawers in the dresser would not stay closed. I reported both issues so I’m relatively sure they were taken care of. Convenient location.

I liked that the staff was easygoing and professional. They did not demand anything like how this review is demanding I write something before continuing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We lost my son’s graduation card with $100 in it and I went back to ask if it had been found. They found it!! They returned it and the money was still in the envelope! It was a nice stay and reasonably priced. Thank you!!

It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. Our suite was perfect for the nights we stayed and we used the entire room!!

We had booked a reservation for parents weekend. When arriving to check in, we were told that you overbooked and didn’t have a room available after all. That is ridiculous. What is the point of having a reservation? You’ve lost my respect.

The night woman clerk was great. The morning IA clerk was not. There was no coffee in the am when we went to lobby, but overnight clerk quickly put it out. At 8am when we went down, again there was no coffee and desk clerk said that he would get some. Fifteen minutes later there was still no coffee. We left and got coffee elsewhere.

The property needs to upgrade to the 21st century. The keycards where horrible, the deactivated more than once. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. He told me to keep the key cards away from electronic devices…. that’s impossible. Almost everything I carry is electronic, my car key is for heaven sakes!! Our room was very clean, again just needs updated. The breakfast was delicious!
