Although I checked in late at this hotel, the desk clerk notified me that I was overdue. However, upon reviewing the rules for Expedia, late check-in is at 5 am for this property. The property is run by middle eastern personnel and they were strict and did not allow breakfast to be taken back to the room. My hotel room was old and it smelled like spice and dirt. By bed had ticks in it and I was bitten on my finger and foot. The restroom was terrible as the tub clogged up with water when I showered, and the bathroom door handle was broken. Lastly, my window was loose as the air was coming through all night. I did not enjoy my stay and I hope you do not too.

This hotel was terrible the AC did not work in my first room they reluctantly moved me to another room where the shower was falling apart, the toilet was broken and the door and door lock was also broken.

Get checked in after getting a Lyft to the hotel because they wouldn't send the airport shuttle. Walk to my room as soon as I step in the hall all I can smell is cat piss,weed and mold . Open my door and same smell is every where 1 of 10. Would never recommend. At least i.didnt see roaches or bugs

Very dirty, poor shuttle service. the entire building smelled like pot (Marijuana) Made me feel as though this was a drug facility and not a Motel. Will NEVER stay there again!:((((

We had a party of 4 but only 3 of us stayed at the hotel. The hotel was unable to provide a clean room to one person in our party two times and then they refused to switch her room to a cleaner room a third time. The first room smelled of smoke and marijuana, the second room had blood spattered on the wall, black stuff on the sheets and a stain on the couch. She had to get another hotel room with another hotel! We will never come back!

The room stunk like urine and I can’t tell you if it was animal, human or both. Front desk clerk was rude. Floors were filthy. Carpets were stained. Bedding had ink stains. Reserved room for 3 guests, ended up with 4 and front desk clerk made me pay another $11 for extra person. Room only had enough towels for 2. Not sure what difference it made that we had 1 more person.

Terrible location. When I pulled up, didn’t feel like my car would be safe outside. Inside was dirty and smelled. I was tired, so I still checked into my room. Once I got in my room there were roaches everywhere I checked out immediately.

The property is starting to show its age but is still in decent shape and the staff was very very helpful and polite. The continental breakfast was nice, and the overall price for the hotel stay was very inexpensive.

Carpet was dirty, under the beds there was trash from not being vacuumed or swept. Door was missing safety latch and would vibrate anytime someone on the floor would close their door. Had an stench in the hallway and elevator from not being cleaned properly.

The staff was great. The hotel over all was good. The only complaints I have is the door bolt in room 206 don't lock and the smoke detector was not on the wall.
