“This was the cutest! There was a lot of effort put into the details! My daughter loved the bunk bed room and the loft- great spaces for the imagination:-) I loved the screened in porch with comfortable seating and a bonus tv. We were all very comfortable- will be booking again!”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage was the perfect rental for me and 3 of my friends! The cottage itself was very clean and super cute. Visiting in July meant that it was extremely hot outside, but we enjoyed just hanging out at the cottage and on the porch. The……

“We loved this place. I took my daughter and 2 grandsons for a last outing before school and it didn't disappoint. The home was so clean and roomy. Nestled under several oak and black walnut trees (the 22-month old boy thought the walnuts were balls) makes it nice to sit outside without the sun bearing down on you. Easy entry and exit out of the property with a jet ski being pulled. A boat would work just fine. Sara is very prompt with communication, even when you get a little lost getting there……

“This property is exactly as advertised and one of the cleanest properties we've stayed in, and we travel a lot. The property is close to a marina and downtown Grove and many eating establishments, with one just a short walk out the door. The host was very effective, with communications and offerings if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property, and if the need arises, we will plan to stay there again. These properties are ideal for men visiting Grand Lake for fishing……

“This property is beyond unique. It's a beautiful, old, quaint, completely restored old stone cottage with gorgeous hardwood floors, modernized kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms, an office and a beautiful park right across the street. I travel with 2 dogs and they loved the park and the host was very pro-pet. What a hidden little gem!”

“This property is a find! We have stayed in many hosted homes, but this is one of the best yet. The property is better than described with many nice touches by the home owner. We stayed four nights and continued to find extras each day that made our stay comfortable. We didn't want to leave! The owner welcomes you with great communication, easy checkin, a super clean home, cool temperature (it was already warm outside), a fragrant infuser and even farm fresh eggs. Only some of the amenities……

“We have always had great experiences with hotels.com but this was a little rough. This place is not very well kept up. One of the closet doors upstairs was missing. The wood interior needs refinishing because there are a lot of blemishes and not in a fun rustic way. More like your old aunt’s home that is unkept. The wood kitchen cabinet has lots of grime where they have been touched over the years. Beware, the stairs are narrow and steep, so you need to be agile to get to the bedrooms. When……
