“The shower went wrong so we can’t take shower, and also the bed is not smooth. But fortunately, the host replied us at midnight and help us to fix problems, the staff is kind and helpful also. “We booked a family room. Description said there is lift but in fact not all rooms are accessible by lift. We had to climb up to 3rd floor attic with our heavy luggages. However I truly appreciated the staff helping us to bring down one of our luggages upon our request. Property is quite old but interesting attic setting with two beds. It is located at the centre of the old town, easy to explore the old town from this apartment. ”
