“I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.”

“We had booked a suite w/ a king size bed. When we got to the property we discovered that there wasn’t an elevator & our suite was on the second floor. My arthritis limits my ability to climb stairs & we stayed there 3 nights. So lots of stairs! The desk clerk found us a regular room on the first floor. So it ended up being ok. The fact that there’s no elevator should be very evident when booking to avoid this!”

“Clean, comfortable king bed, good water pressure in the shower and kitchenette sink. Toaster, small single serve coffee pot, microwave, garage/dorm size fridge. Ice available, no bucket. Spacious room with bed, desk, table, chair, bedside outlets, iron & board, luggage holder, hangers, plenty of hanging space and shelf above. No blow dryer I could find, and didn't ask. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Stayed 2 nights, would stay again if staying in Pocatello. Property is a……
