“I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel. The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!! The cons: Cooking is unbelievably slow; it took us no less than 1.5 hours to finish a meal……

“Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu magique ! Le dôme offre une vue spectaculaire sur toute la vallée — un vrai cocon au cœur de la nature. Le bar était génial, et un immense merci à Braulio pour son accueil chaleureux et ses délicieux cocktails. Nous avons très très bien mangé tout au long du séjour : un grand bravo au chef du dîner ainsi qu’à celui du petit déjeuner, tout était parfait. “Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.”
