"We weren't able to park at the hotel as there were no spaces so they sent us across the road to a 24hr garage. All was good there, easy to find. Hotel was central for our needs, we saw a show at DAR so about a 10 minute walk. Food options close by were limited but we found the market a few blocks away and there were plenty of options in there."

"This is a hidden gem! I cannot commend the staff enough: fast, efficient, went above and beyond! The room was spacious; the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was large! Every staff member I came into contact with was gracious and helpful! Another stay is in my future soon!"

"I’m disgusted. I needed a two day stay on a really short notice, and the pricing was okay. The pics are not up to date or representative of what I saw. Every surface (sink, countertop, desk, headboard, baseboards) was chipped or cracked. 3 small sofa pillows laid across the king sized bed. The tv was a flat screen from 2006 with no WiFi connection, and only basic cable. MY SINK WOULD NOT DRAIN. I asked on my second day of when they cleaned my room (room 118) if they could make sure to clear it. I left at 9 am and returned at 4:30. No one came to clean. I waited and No one ever came. I’m surprised I could even sleep there. The staff were not friendly and did not care that the place was falling apart. It was on par with the pricing of other motels, but I’m confident the place would not pass industry inspection. The worst part was my room had an adjoining door so thin I felt like I had roommates. When they came in twice while I was sleeping, it felt like someone was breaking into my room. I’m not a snob. I’ve stayed in 70-100 dollar a night rooms, and have been perfectly fine. I do not need luxury amenities, but this place was absolutely disgusting. At least make the bed and give me a fresh towel! At least address the flooding sink! Never again. How do you hold $100 for incidentals when every feature of the room was falling apart? I can’t wait to get home to shower, that is how disgusting I feel. Every staff member avoided eye contact, because they know how poor the place is."
