“This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

“We had a great time in Sylvan Beach. The house was great. Perfect location near beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream, amusement park, pretty much everything was within a 5 minute walk. The house was very clean and perfect for our two families (4 kids under 4). Great space and had all the amenities we needed (even beach accessories - chairs, tubes, toys, floaties). Annette was very responsive and checked in mid-trip to see if we needed anything. Overall 10/10 and we would definitely stay here...

The location, right on the water, is lovely- we sat outside and had coffee and breakfast. Communication with tge owner was easy, and they were very responsive. ”

“Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. ”

“This stay was for my daughters college graduation. We’ve been staying at various hotels and rentals in the area. Has we found this spot 4 years ago we would have stayed here during every visit! Just perfect!!!! Property is a new resort area with lots to do including use of a pontoon boat for your stay! House was beautiful, clean and has everything!”

“The owners replied promptly to allow early check in. We were so grateful to enter this modern, spotlessly clean bungalow. We like the decor - plenty of sturdy furniture. Kitchen is wonderful. Sylvan Beach was fun on cold windy spring days. We walked the beach. Very few rentals were open off season so we were grateful for this cottage.We were stumped a bit by the heating remotes. We got the living room unit going, but ended up leaving doors open into the bedrooms during the day for heat to...

“We had a lovely visit to the Stone House as part of a wedding weekend at Vanderkamp! The house was just right for us, and the location was perfect. We loved the view and the large family room! The stairs are a bit steep, but that was not an issue for us. Great communication with the owner! ”
