My review this time does not mean I do not like the hotel. In this instance I am disappointed. My entire stay has had miscommunication with the hotel and myself. My room wasnt cleaned any day that I requested. I had to clean and take out trash myself. If I have to do the job that your service is supposed to provide upon request then. Maybe I need to be paid for doing it then. Front desk is always as helpful as they can be so I appreciate that. I stay here quite often so I just dont want the service to drop when I know I have received better from you guys.

There is a woman name, Martha, that is a horrible customer service person. I have had many great visits here, but when it comes to her on the weekends, she makes things very unpleasant.

I have stayed at this property multiple times always very satisfying, but my last few encounters with a woman name Martha has been to say the least not good. She is very rude and non-accommodating. I would not recommend coming here on the weekend as she works Saturday and Sunday. Unfortunately there’s always that one that gives the rest of the bunch a bad name and she is that one.

The host rude when I arrived after 8 hour drive, also sonit was kids running around over 15kids at a time unattended, me and family got no sleep. They after the pool and the restaurant on line to find out upon arrival everything closed. I would like half my money back. They bathroom were dirty hair still in the tub and sink. Beds has stuff underneath the sheets

My husband and I paid $125 for a room and end up sleeping on the chairs in the room. because They put two separate twin size mattress and turn it into a king size bed the bed was not adjusted properly so the mattress move. My husband fell in the split of the mattress twice we couldn’t sleep on it. We both slept on the chairs in the room.I took pictures unfortunately I’m unable to upload it to this site. We call the front desk it was busy or no one picked up the phone.

My room had dead bugs all over bathroom floor, pillows did not have pillow cases on them, bathroom was disgusting, I had one towel and one wash cloth, the property was run down.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The soap was the size of a quarter. No telephone in the room and I couldn't even write a note because there was no pad or a pencil. The bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant and courteous.

Well let’s just say I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN. I arrived to the motel and power was completely out, front desk explained the situation and even explained it to Expedia rep that I was asking back my money bc they could not check me in and it was going to be 4 hours, mind you this is at 11pm. Expedia couldn’t refund me bc I allegedly past my check in time which I hadn’t and the front desk explained that but some outsourced Expedia rep didn’t like the fact they were wrong and instead hung up the phone. Had to placed a claim with my bank to get the money back from EXPEDIA

The elevator wasn't working. I got my room on the 3rd floor, had to take stairs all the time. The telephone service in the room wasn't working. Had to go down the stairs to ge front desk for any help I needed. They don't clean your room unless otherwise asked to do. So, overall not a very good experience. I booked it for 5 nights and had to extend for one extra night. I'm not sure if they provided any further discount. The staff was good and polite though.
