This was stopover on our journey through France. I wanted somewhere close to the motorway and this was perfect. We arrived late - after 1am - and the desk clerk was very friendly. The breakfast was good, the beds were very clean and comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We'd definitely stay here again and will be putting Novotel at the top of our list for stopovers in future.

Convenient location for business
Worked well for business trip. Despite being near the highway/road, the room was absolutely quiet. Entering the parking lot is a bit difficult to follow without having a GPS. Staff were very helpful: front desk and breakfast.

The hotel was a little shabby. The swimming pool was closed which was such a shame after a long hot drive. And the restaurant was closed so we had to go out in search of food.

Nice Hotel, well located
We used this hotel as a stopover during travel further into Southern France, nice hotel well located on the outskirts of Paris close to Versailles however does look a little tired but no issue served us as required.

As good as expected from Novotel
Used as a stopover on the way back from the Alps, good location just off the A13. As you’d expect from a Novotel, rooms and hotel were clean and nice breakfast. Stayed in a family room with one double bed and one double sofa bed.

It was amazing, especially the location that gives you the comfort outside the city noise. The room was very clean, the amenities was good except that we can not use the swimming pool due to the winter weather, but the pool can be converted to an in door to meet all season`s demand.

Nice gated hotel with free parking. Very friendly staff. We arrived very late for our stay and the staff greeted us with a big smile. Although the rooms were air conditioned, we were unable to bring the temperature lower as it was centrally controlled. It would be nice to have a colder room during this summer's heat wave. Perhaps it was because we are used to the air conditioned car as we were driving throughout Europe.

Lovely hotel close to Paris and other activites
I have just completed my second stay within 1 year at the Novotel Poissy Orgeval and it was as pleasant as the first stay. The room is nice and spacious and has all the amenities we need, we were a family of 4. The welcome was nice and the communication with staff was great. The following amenities were within 5 minutes of the Hotel: McDonalds Total Petrol Station Inter Marche (Supermarket) We also booked a day out in Parc Xtreme which was about 25 minutes away by car, was a bit pricey but the activities were a lot of fun, I can imagine how much fun it would be during the summer. Once again, great stay and great location.

Staff asked 2 times for my credit card, even though the lady on check had it in hands. The rooms are in a okish condition. Didn’t get the queen size bed as booked.

Old hotel isolated next to highway, nothing nearby
Arrived at 8:30pm, everything was closed except for McDonalds. Room service number did not pick up. Nowhere to walk to, trapped behind a security gate. Wifi wasn't working at all.

The outside of the hotel is very shabby but it is much nicer inside. Clean and comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff. Service at restaurant very slow. Breakfast nice but not worth the money. Smoke filled the stairwells which was not nice. Located in industrial estate. Hard to find at first.

Comfortable clean room
Comfortable stop-over off the A13/14 on our way back to Calais. As always with Novotel rooms they were clean and accommodated our two boys on a fold out sofa bed. Good breakfast and free outside parking in a secure area that is locked at night.

good choice if wanna stay outskirts of Paris
the staff is very helpful, the hotel itself is only suitable if likely to stay in the remote location from Paris and that is the reason the fare is reasonable.

I read some reviews on the internet after I booked the hotel (it was a great price), but the reviews got me worried - most said they experienced bad service. However I had a fantastic experience, the staff were very polite, welcoming and professional, they did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel as such wasn't upto my expectations - maybe because the buliding had lots of wear and tear, and from outside, it looked in need of maintenance, so cleanliness and appearance is a concern. The location is ok, but far from railway station. If you are really looking for a good place to sleep and have great breakfast with free parking, I'd definitely recommend Novotel Poissy.

The hotel was really nice and in a great location outside of Paris. Couldn't ask for anything more with autohbahn access. The only thing was that the tv was messed up and we told the front desk twice. They said they would have maint look into it but it never changed. Thank god for youtube to keep the little one occupied.
