Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket, and just minutes from beautiful Blue Flag beaches and Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. The Space: The apartment opens into a bright open-plan living and dining area, featuring a comfortable sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted Smart TV with Spanish channels, and a dining table seating four guests. Air conditioning in the living area provides both heating and cooling for year-round comfort. The traditional galley-style kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and leads to a utility gallery where the washing machine and boiler are located. The master bedroom features a double bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has twin single beds, a bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe, and ceiling fan, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together. The family bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment, sink, and toilet. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for guests. Outdoor Space At the front of the apartment you will find a private terrace, furnished with a relaxing hanging chair and an L-shaped outdoor sofa with coffee table — the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.
