This home was overall ok but we experienced a lot of issues such as they gave me the wrong door code for entering the home prior to checking in so when my family arrived we were outside waiting for about 30 mins trying to get someone on the phone to get the correct door code. The A/C up stairs wasn’t working so the ENTIRE up stairs was HOT. I called the property multiple times and was told someone will come out NO ONE ever came out to see about the A/C so our first night was a HOT DISASTER. We literally slept in a HOT HOUSE. NO ONE reached out to me about the A/C my entire stay. There are locks on the thermostats so you are not even able to adjust the A/C. One of the tvs up stairs DONT WORK. The jacuzzi DONT WORK we followed the instructions to turn it on and it still didn’t turn on. The laundry light DONT WORK. They told me this home was inspected prior to our check in that was NOT TRUE because if it was these issues that I’m stating should have been fixed before we checked in. Will I book this home again NO because when your having issues there’s no type of urgency for them to come out and adjust the situation.
