Not as good as previous stays at this property.
This was our 3rd time staying at this property. The first two times were great. This time was not as good as the previous stays. The pool heat was not working properly for the first two days. I reached out to the property manager Kelly and she had it fixed on the third day. While she was very quick about fixing the issue, and very friendly, she has not replied to two messages I sent two weeks ago, about refunding the cost of the pool heat for the two days that it was not working. Since I was charged for pool heat per day, I really expected a response and a refund for those two days. Also, the house wasn’t as clean as previous stays. With the amount of money that I paid for the week, I expected better. The toilet seat is peeling which appears to have been painted, the kitchen was pretty bare for cooking, ie cracked cutting board, measuring cups that are cracked and leak and burned frying pans. It seems as if something breaks or becomes old, it doesn’t get replaced. I really hoped it would’ve been a great stay like the two previous.
