Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Scam!!

Reserved this house on hotels.com. Got to the area during the day. Phone number was either busy or no answer all day. Went to the house and other people were there!!! I had to scramble and find another hotel! This place is just a house in a sub division! Don't reserve it!!!
