A disaster, deceiving pictures, nothing we expected!
We arrived, were told to go to welcome place to get our parking sticker, after two try's couldn't find anyone. Came back to the guard he said he wasn't supposed to give us our sticker til 8. It was 7:30pm. The house was so outdated. Floors were filthy, damaged blinds, garage was filthy sticky floor, non working laundry facilities washer did not start, hot tub was squirting water we didn't know what to do, couldn't use pool/hot tub til we notified management. We had an ant infestation in our kitchen and bathrooms contacted management was told they'd have pest control come Thursday, we got there on Sunday. Tried getting in gate locked early in the morning. I had to honk and woke up the guard. He was sleeping in the chair. Security??? Unsanitary to cook. Bought ant traps ourselves. Patio door trim filthy too. Had to mop floors the water was black. Did get refund on cleaning fee, but requested money back on my bill. No luck notified mgmt they said they would forward my email to mgmt. would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
