I did not like the lack of communication with lost and found. I lost a very expensive pair of GUCCI glasses. No one turned them in and I never was able to get in touch with lost and found to confirm.

The price per night does not include the water park entrance it’s an additional $25 per person to get in, then their is the check in, it took 45 minutes to see the receptionist because the amount of people checking in. The room are really outdated but they are clean. The parking at night is a nightmare you have to park and walk a couple of blocks. Then at check out they want to charge $25 resort fee per night! Stay away from this scam.
