La cocina es abierta a la enrome sala de estar con vista y acceso a la piscina y el spa. Esta totalmente equipada, con lo necesario para hacer comidas. La casa Tambien cuenta con lavarropas y secarropas, game room en el garage con mesa de pool y metegol.
La piscina con vista al sur, ofrece la opcion de climatizar el agua por $20 extra por dia. Hay parrilla oprcional por $50 por estadia, para disfrutar del clima de Florida en su totalidad.
Muy cerca de los parques, la comunidad cuenta con cancha de tennis, basquet y futbol. Walmart y Publix a menos de 5 minutos y varios resaturants en la zona.
