“I love Novotel hotels, but this one was disappointing. The 'superior' room felt cramped and gloomy. The two single beds were hard and uncomfortable. I just didn't like it. Parking is very limited underneath the hotel and good luck finding it as you need to come into a pedestrianized area and ring for bollards to be lowered. On the upside staff were fabulous.”
