A nice, comfortable stay for 3 or 4 adults

This place was just about right for our group of three for a couple of nights. The furnishings and configuration are good. The only minor quibbles: The en suite bathroom is quite cramped, some of the provided towels and washcloths should be replaced, and coffee: Unless some things were well hidden, there is a Keurig machine but no pods and ground coffee but no regular machine to use it in.

Good Choice

Very clean and organized place. The 3-ring instructional binder was helpful. Quick access to A1A highway. Ormond Bech is a lovely town. We would stay here again.

Mostly positive experience

Nice house in a good area with groceries very nearby. Some of the electrical outlets were loose in the wall or electrical boxes open and exposed. Because the plumbing is routed outside the rear of the house, it took FOREVER to get hot water for showers or hand washing. To be fair, we were in the area during a very cold stretch of weather by Florida standards.

Daytona ultra 100

We were in town for the race and the home was perfect. Great location, clean, easy access, and all the Information we received for checking in and out was spot on. Definitely recommend the home to others

Great and cute property!

Four of us stayed at this property, and it was a great experience! We came for a nearby competition and loved the convenience of the location, the smooth check in process, and the cute and clean house. I didn’t need to contact the property owner, but there were very clear instructions on how to. The outside area was large and cozy. Wish we had more time to spend here!

We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely little place. I would absolutely stay there again. The neighborhood is quiet and many things, including the beach, are just a short walk away.

Lovely little house!

We were in the area to visit family. We arrived very late but had no problem getting into the house. This is the kind of place we like to rent on vacation: everything you need without unnecessary frills. The owner checked to see if we needed anything and was very responsive to comments. If needed, I would definitely rent again.

Perfect beach getaway

We had the perfect location for our Daytona 500 adventure! Our property was conveniently located for day trips, easy access to all the sights, restaurants, activities and it was in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean, great screened in porch for breakfast and just far enough away from the hustle/bustle of Daytona to not wait for meals, minimal traffic, etc. It was perfect!

Cozy home with short walk to the beach

Great Place to Stay

The house was a great place to stay for our little family. The host did a great job of communicating with me about question we had. Having Publix right next door was very convenient, and the beach wasn’t that far away. All in all it was a perfect place to stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect for couples

Property is great, it is actually bigger than it looks. The covered patio is a great addition to enjoy the warm weather without pesky mosquitoes. Rooms are big and bathrooms have been nicely renovated. Chicken has most of the needed tools to fix a meal, and the area is what made the property a great choice. It is close to the beach and dining options. Perfect for couples or small families

Relaxing Florida porch

Very quiet neighborhood and close drive to the beach. The house was mostly updated with a great screened in porch. You can grill out and enjoy the back of home. Really appreciated the amenities and size of home for our family of 4 and we will be back...

Amazing location, exactly as advertised and more.

This stay was literally perfect! A five minute walk to the beach, well-stocked kitchen, a big back private outdoor space, grill, and even beach supplies and games in the garage. Couldn’t have hoped for more! Also perfectly clean and linens well stocked. Comfy pillows :)
