"We chose this apartment because it said it had a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, only the dryer was working. Given that we arrived late in the day, the prop manager did their best to help us to try to get the machine to work. Lesson learned- don't rely on the appliances. Otherwise, great location and nice courtyard balcony. Only complaint (besides the washer) were the stiff, musty towels- message to owner- please invest in new, better towels."

No real sitting area for a group of 6 other than dining room table and tight quarters there. Again this was a place to rest after city exploring but nothing more than that.
