Hotel is located in a great location within walking distance of several attractions. I travel often and the staff was exceptional. The front desk has to be the best I have encountered. They greeted me every time, helpful with questions and suggestions. Breakfast was amazing, highly recommended. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was great as was the staff. I also had a very early flight and they offered me a breakfast to go which was a first for me and was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for the price. It is located in the centre of Oslo within walking distance from attractions, bars and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are super friendly. It was a great experience.

Very close to National Theater station. Walking distance to harbor and restaurants. Hotel room was very clean and warm. Bathroom had heated floor. Hotel breakfast is excellent.

Great location right next to the train station that goes to the airport. Amazing breakfast with multiple choices for vegan, omnivore, and etc. definitely will be back!

A great hotel in a perfect location with clean, spacious rooms, and a brilliant breakfast included in the rate - the freshly made pancakes were a highlight for us.

Hotel staff was great. There was maintenance in progress, which probably detracted a little from the overall experience. It was convenient to an airport express train station, a great restaurant, and the National Palace Park, though a bit of a walk to some of the other shopping and sightseeing in Oslo.

Item missing from hotel room following cleaning
Hotel was fine. We had a glasses case that was on the bed when we left one day, when we returned the bed had been made and clothes folded up and placed around the room by the maid service - glasses case missing. We notified reception who then did not follow up with the cleaners until we contacted them again two hours later. After 2+ days of asking they tell us that nothing was found - so where is it? These item don't just vanish into thin air. The hotel has not made any offer to reimburse the item that went missing during their interventions and clearly had no intention to explore deeper. The reception team gave the impression they couldn't care less hence the delay in contacting maid services to begin with within an hour after the maid visit. The opportunity was quickly lost by their poor internal communications.

A really well balanced hotel. Room wasn’t huge but had everything I needed and even included a balcony (though was too cold to use in October). I didn’t make use of the breakfast but it looked well set out. The hotel gym was excellent - far better than the pictures suggest. Area was clean, professional and obviously very safe. Great option for a solo traveller.

There is no air conditioning in the bedroom. We opened the window and used the fan on the floor.The hotel controls the temperature and the room was very warm. The bathroom floor gets all wet due to their new shower. The blow dryer is located in bathroom with wet floors and could be a hazard potencial.The water is not confined to the shower stall.The staff was very friendly and helpful,the breakfast was excellent lots of choices.The hotel is located walking distance to all main attractions,restaurants as well as shopping.

Great central location near all major attractions. Hotel is modern and clean, with a good breakfast buffet, room was very clean and comfortable. The only down downside was the really small bathroom, arranged as a wet room with open shower.

The Hotel is a few steps away from the Royal Palace. You can walk to almost all the major attractions of the city, but if you prefer there is a tram stop just outside the hotel. Our room was on the second floor, it was clean, quite and the bed very comfortable. The hotel staff at the reception was really friendly, reliable and gave us all the information we needed. I truly suggest to book this hotel if you want to enjoy Oslo city center.😊

Nice hotel
We arrived after 1:30 am and were greeted with a smile and quickly checked in. Our room had everything we needed including a fan which was nice since there is no AC and it’s a warm summer. Breakfast buffet is plentiful, dinner at the restaurant was very good. All staff are friendly. Good location.

Great hotel, the staff was so pleasant along with the morning breakfast staff. Great, great location. Walking distance to the palace, harbor, restaurants, etc. Oslo is a beautiful city to explore. Would definitely recommend the Thon Hotel Europa.

Thon Europa….Great Hotel.
Love the Thon Hotel chain and the Europa is a great stay. BEST inclusive breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Value for price!
