I also enjoyed the activities on the property such as tie dye, karaoke, movie and pop corn nights.

"Stayed in #23. Beautiful unit. Pool was amazing. The extra amenities this place offers is great. Coolers, beach umbrellas, foldable chairs, propane bbq, tennis racquets, ping pong sets, puzzles and much more. Will definitely be back."
"We loved everything about the property and location with a few minor exceptions. (1) The description of the unit we rented was a 1 BR apartment but it was actually a studio apartment. It worked for my husband and I but was not what we anticipated. (2) The gym, something I look for any any rental, is not included although the description states it is an included amenity. They only offer weekly passes at a pretty expensive rate. (3) Our toilet lid and seat was loose upon arrival and ended up coming off during our stay. I messaged property management but never heard back from them (although they were responsive on other questions) and ended up fixing it myself.
Positives: Great location, less than a 2 minute walk to a beautiful, less crowded public beach. Enjoyed the provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella and raft. Property was extremely clean and quiet.

"Boggy Sands was great. short walk to the beach, however they provide wagons that you can use to take ice chests and towel bags. Everything was as described - perfect! They provide beach towels, and they are good towels - this was a huge plus for us. we washed beach towels each evening and were ready for the beach the next day! All the beach items make for a great day. We used the paddle boards and kayaks daily. I don't remember the guys name that helped us at the beach, but he was amazing also. Very friendly and ready to set an umbrella as soon as anyone shows up. We never felt crowded at the beach, there seemed to be plenty of space for everyone. Alfanso was amazing too. He checked in on us via Whats App several times during our stay. The grocery store is right around the corner which made eating at the condo very convenient. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about our stay. The beds were comfortable and all rooms were exactly as described. We WILL be back !!! Thank you Boggy Sands!"

"We loved this apartment!! It was so clean and I had so many windows!! The location was great!! A quiet neighborhood and yet stores, restaurants and all you need are close. Smith Cove is a perfect beach for swimming, the water is so calm and beautiful. I cannot wait to return and stay here again!!"

"Stayed in 2 bdrm, 2bth unit with our 2 teenage boys. Great location. Clean, quiet with very well maintained grounds, amd all necessities needed for a week vacation in unit. Excellent communication with property manager on any questions asked. Even though beach eroded, due to uncontrollable mother nature, actually really enjoyed walking right out of beach to chair loungers!

"This condo is not to be missed! From stunning ocean views, private beach (fully equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas), huge pool with swim up bar, a serene cove to snorkel in that is full of beautiful tropical fish, and more than enough space for the family - this condo is the perfect vacation spot on Grand Cayman! This condo is walking distance to fun beach restaurants like Coconut Joes, as well as ice cream shops, Cabana Bay (which has splash pads, shops, restaurants, and more!), minutes from “downtown” Seven Mile Beach, and close to many grocery stores. There are no words for how special this location was and how many memories we made on this trip. The condo has a lot of room and came with enough starter supplies to get us most of the way through our week stay. We had an issue with a drain in one shower and the owners responded immediately and sent over someone to fix it promptly. Joe was quick to respond and gave some amazing recommendations for our trip!We visited one other beach (Spotts) during our stay, but we honestly loved the beach at the condo so much that we didn’t feel like we had to go anywhere else - it’s so serene and beautiful. If you’re looking for a place on Seven Mile - this is a gem! Do not hesitate on booking this property! **please note that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. Totally fine for us but might be difficult for some. "

"This place was so much fun! We had 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) and the place was perfect for them. There was a high chair, baby gate, and lots of beach supplies. There are hundreds of hermit crabs outside every night that my kids loved finding. We found tons of conch shells and sea glass as well. The sargassum was a bummer but no fault of the VRBO owner. We drove to different beaches every day. Overall we loved the place. "
