Offered multiple items for beach use--cooler, two folding beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Complex is smaller with an elevator which was nice. Also has a pool and hot tub. “What a wonderful and cozy place to stay! It’s a separate cottage from the house with a little sitting area out front in the shade of so many local trees. The room was cute and clean with an attached full kitchen for use. We loved that full privacy from the main house was an option, but the owners were also very friendly and hospitable for lodgers who enjoy the company. Things I would add not mentioned: the freezer has an ice maker! That was very nice. The master bed has a king size bed (it was advertised as queen). And both bedrooms are incredibly spacious.
