"The hotel was quiet even though the property was full. The breakfast buffet had many options and offerings refilled often. Food was always hot. Facilities were very clean as were our room. Will stay here again on my next trip to Lawrence. "

"The room had little to no lighting (4 lamps and only 2 work). We enjoyed te breakfast but was disappointed in the quality of the coffee having had very small cups, no lids, and no creamer options. The elevators are very much in need of an update. The desk staff was very professional and friendly. I would stay again I'll just bring my own coffee cup."

"Interior was clean and maintained. Staff is very friendly and more than willing to help. Exterior is tired looking and needs work. Especially the landscaping. We will be back."

"Te pool being in the courtyard surrounded by trees added a very comfortable feel to the pool area. The quietness of the whole area, even with the major roads and highways near by, was relaxing. The sound of the birds was the loudest thing we heard. Overall the landscaping is wonderful and the grounds keeping was excellent."
