Great time
The cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway with the family, we had a great time, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us and we could have fit a couple more.

Great little cabin
Cabin as very clean and certainly cozy. The bedrooms are tiny but the beds are very comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and various spices. Wood stove heats the place very well. Great location near to White Pass for skiing.

Not worth the money
This is our worst experience for this cost so far. Dishwasher was broken, we almost suffocated after using fireplace (after following the instructions on how to use fireplace, all the smoke ended up inside the house), beds were the worst: one mattress is half-slanted and one mattress is like sleeping on a water bed (my spouse and I ended up sleeping in a separate beds just to get a proper rest, luckily we brought our own pillows), drain did not drained well in main shower,"smart TV" was the slowest TV I've ever used (just pausing/unpausing a video you must wait like a minute or so), there was dogs poops in the backyard that wasn't cleanup, there was no laundry detergent at all considering that you must wash towels before checking out. For the amount we paid for this cabin, we were very disappointed.

Great stay
The process of checking in was pretty smooth, unforeseeable circumstances caused a power outage in the local area which lasted until just after checkin. The host kept me updated on the situation and was very helpful. We had a very enjoyable evening and a relaxing morning. I would definitely come again.

Cozy Rustic Cabin
Overall this stay was okay. The cabin itself was cute and was great for a small group or family. There was everything there that might be needed on a stay, full kitchen, hot tub, washer dryer, beds, tv and wood fireplace. However, I am going to ding the cozy cabin on cleanliness. There was an odd/old smell in the air and in all of the linens, the floors were not the cleanest my socks were dirty after walking around for a few hours, and not all of the kitchen supplies was clean such as utensils and cups. I will still overall give it a good experience!

Lovely Tucked Away Cabin
My family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely tucked away cabin. The cabin is very warm/cozy and user friendly. Joanne was friendly and immediately available for questions/advice. Recommend!

Cozy Cabin
Older cabin. Nice interior, very rustic. Smaller than appeared in the photos. One shower is not big enough for an adult. Hot tub, DVD player and TV channels. Good location. Joanne, the hostess, was extraordinarily helpful and attentive.

Great Family Getaway

Lovely cabin
Lovely cabin in peaceful and very scenic surroundings. Highly recommended for anyone in a visit to Mt Ranier. Packwood was handily located nearby with a couple of nice diners

This cabin is very nice. It is a bit rustic and quirky, but in a good way. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The Hot Tub was wonderful. We were a little disappointed in the back yard - no grass, only gravel which was hard on our pup's feet. The A/C worked great and we were very comfortable on a very warm day. Over all, it was a lovely home and we were very happy we stayed there. Rainier was a short and lovely drive away.

Just what we were looking for!
Chester’s Cabin in Packwood was the perfect way for us to make our mountain weekend as convenient and comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the proximity to both Packwood and White pass. Perfect Cabin Getaway
This was the perfect stay for my husband and I and my brother-in-law. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the cabin itself is adorable. The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing and only a short drive to a grocery store. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and close access to Mt. Rainier hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again!

Mt.Rainier Getaway
Great home base when hiking Mt.Rainier National Park. Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and stocked well with all the essentials. Hot tub was awesome after hiking all day. Thanks for the great stay.

Great little cabin in the woods
This place is a nice little cabin in the woods. It's not very far outside of Packwood and a quick drive gets you to the only restaurants around etc. Our stay was short, so we didn't get to use the grill, hot tub etc. If you're going here, I would suggest you leave enough time to enjoy both the Mt Rainier park AND the cabin. Nice spot for say two couples with a few kids up in the loft!

Cozy little cottage
Stayed 2 nights here in early July 2022. Perfectly located for our visit to Mt Rainier National Park. Bedrooms were not huge but we only needed them for sleeping, so not an issue. Comfortable living area fir all of us to sit in the evenings. Big bonus, there is a washer and dryer so we were able to do a liad of laundry, which saved us having to pack as much. Quick to reply if you have any issues. Highly recommend.
